Art Purchase Policy

1.  Copyright ownership

As the creator of the work, I retain copyright for 30 years life in the USA and EU, and 25 years in Canada. The contents of the website is also not allowed under copyright to exhibit, publish, license, reproduce or create derivative versions the work of art.

2. Your Ceramics Purchase Limited Warranty

All ceramics will crack or break when knocked or dropped.  There is no refund in this case so please handle with care the pieces you have purchased.  If there is an issue that is questionable, please send a detailed message along with the image of the piece.

3. Care of Ceramic Pieces

All functional ceramics are food safe, and dishwasher safe.  

4. Payments

My store accepts credit cards, PayPal, venmo, and zelle. Payments by check must be cleared from the bank before shipping any pieces or artwork.

Commission pieces - Please initiate a payment of 25% for the work to begin, and 75% due before shipping the work.

Commissions take some time so please know I will do my best to fulfill the order as soon as possible. 

5. Damaged Item(s)

Every effort will be made in care and packing of pottery pieces that you purchased.  I want you to enjoy them as much as the happiness it has given me to create them.  In the event a piece arrives damaged for unforeseen circumstances, please take photographs of the piece and box and email the photos to me.  I will review and approve a refund.

6. Returns and/or exchanges

For returns and refunds, please pack in original package and must be received without damages.  Please email for instructions.  Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges and returns can me made within 14 days of arrival of pieces.  

For exchanges, please pick out the exact title of the piece you would like to exchange with the detail and price.  Peraphs you can screenshot from the website a piece you would like.  Please make sure you return the original with insurance, shipping and handling charges applicable for the return.
